How secure is my payment?

The connection to our site from the cart uses a valid and trusted SSL certificate (valid HTTPS) on a secure TLS connection and a strong protocol version and cipher suite.

What is the security code?

Credit and debit cards have a security code located on them. For most cards it will be a 3-4 digit number located on the back. For American Express cards, you will find a 3-4 digit number printed on the front of the cards.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order, but having an account allows you to save your personal information and review past orders. Please note that we do not keep any payment information in your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by registering when placing an order.

Shipping

Shipping charges vary depending on your shipping destination and the number of items you purchase, but we now have an amazing introductory offer for you. Free shipping to the United States (3-5 business days).

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 days from the production start date. Actual shipping times and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Shipping is available only in the United States using a variety of different carriers.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

1. Since these are perishable and edible goods, returns or exchanges will only be made in the following cases:

• The wrong product has been shipped.
• The expiration date has expired.

2. In case numeral 1 is fulfilled, the product must be returned in optimal conditions, without traces of having been used, with the original labels or in its defect, if they were already removed, you must introduce them in the packaging. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will verify the conditions of the product and according to the results, we will send you a new product or we will give you a coupon for a new purchase.

3. In any of the cases there will be no money refund.
